How We Are Funded
No ads. Here is how we pay for Punjab Education Desk.
Punjab Education Desk does not run display ads, pop-ups or ad networks. We want pages that load fast and are easy to read, especially on a phone.
How We Pay for the Site
- Sponsored posts. A company can pay for a post. It is always labelled “Sponsored” with the sponsor’s name, and its links are marked as sponsored.
- Product reviews. If a company sends us a product or service to review, we say so at the top of the review. The company does not see or approve the review before it goes live, and we include the downsides.
What Sponsors Cannot Do
- Change our news, guides or advice.
- Add a link to a post we have already published.
- Buy links that pass search ranking. Every outside link on our site is nofollow.
- Promote anyone who charges students to process a scholarship or an admission. We never accept these.
